What data we collect

We only collect what is needed to answer you and keep the site secure:

• Form data — through the contact form or a free-resource form, we collect the name, work email, and message you enter yourself.
• Technical security data — to prevent abuse, when a form is submitted we store your IP address in hashed (irreversible) form to limit submissions per hour.
• Usage statistics — we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies on your device and collects usage data (for example pages visited, approximate location, device type).

Why we use your data

• To answer your enquiry or question.
• To send the free resource you requested.
• To prevent form abuse and spam.
• To understand and improve how the site is used (as aggregate statistics).

Legal basis

We process form data on the basis of your consent (by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. We process security and statistics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and improving it. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share data with

Your data only reaches the service providers that help us run the site and communicate:

• Supabase — our self-managed database (hosted in the European Union), where form submissions are stored.
• Resend — the email service that delivers your message to us and a confirmation to you.
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) — site usage statistics. Google may transfer data outside the European Union under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We never sell or rent your data to any third party.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics cookies to collect usage statistics. You can opt out of analytics in your browser settings, by blocking cookies, or with Google's Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The technical data needed to run the site does not depend on allowing cookies.

How long we keep your data

We keep data received through forms for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our reasonable business records. If you no longer want us to keep your data, we will delete it on request. The hashed IP data collected for security expires automatically after a short period.

Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• To access the data we hold about you.
• To have inaccurate data corrected.
• To have your data erased.
• To restrict or object to processing.
• To withdraw any consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, write to us. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
